*Not all lifts feature auto fold or lock down capabilities and may require manual folding or manual straps to secure your mobility device. External carriers and electric lifts require Class I, II III or IV rear mount vehicle hitch receiver to be attached to the vehicle prior to installation of you lift. The lift/carrier or hoist requires assembly upon delivery which includes attaching the hitch adaptor or mounting brackets, wiring, plus any accessories such as drop down and rising tube and swing-away options. Be sure to measure the distance from the top of your trailer hitch mount attached to your vehicle to the ground to insure you have enough lift mast downward travel to reach the ground or ramp steepness before ordering.
