You have to install the new 12V 12AH Battery in your device in the same original configuration and reuse the existing cables. Please check your existing battery for dimensions prior to ordering as manufacturers may change requirements without notice.

• No returns will be accepted without prior contact and RA authorization
• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The product must new and unused and in the original packaging.
• The item must be shipped back to the address noted on the RA within 15 days.
• After testing a replacement will be shipped back to you
