Things to know

The Compass Sport comes with FREE 1-Year In-Home Service. If you experience a problem with your scooter during the first twelve months, simply contact Las Vegas Scooters and Lifts to arrange for a technician to come to your home for diagnosis and repair.

What's the Difference
Typically power wheelchairs are used by people who have limited use or dexterity both hands such as MS and people who have suffered with a stoke, if operating a mobility scooter is just simply to painful or just too hard and dangerous too control then a power wheelchair may be the option for you. With the option of either left or right one handed joystick control placement a power chair would probably better suit rather than a mobility scooter. Power wheelchairs also have great place inside the home if the use has very difficult time with standing, balance or walking very short distances and are reliant on powered mobility to perform every day tasks. Power wheelchairs have a very tight turning radius which makes negotiating tight spaces allot easier than it would be on a mobility scooter. Most power wheelchairs do not disassemble and are lot heaver to lift and we recommend using vehicle rated to carry a power chair lift, hoist or carrier for transporting in a vehicle.

The Compass Sport with it's unique patented spring-less articulating chassis technology makes the ride independent of the terrain or environment by continuously making small adjustments depending on the driving conditions, such as hills, speed and rider weight. With this added technology the Compass Sport still offers a high back swivel captains chair with width and angle adjustable head rest as standard, flip up footplate, improved 19.5 mile drive range using 2 U1 35AH  batteries allows you can go further than ever before! This power wheelchair mid-wheel drive for easy maneuvering and four corner caster wheel configuration for added stability.  The Compass Sport also comes with, right or left joystick positioning and rear storage seat pocket, easy reach freewheel levers, various seat option available and available in red and blue colored shroud. Most power wheelchair do not disassembled and their components can weight a considerable amount. To avoid injury we recommend that two people lift this power chair or a vehicle rated to carry a power wheelchair lift, hoist or carrier for transporting in a vehicle.

The power chair requires some assembly upon delivery including attaching the seat, armrests and joystick (plus any accessories) and charging the batteries for 8-12 hours prior to use.
