Things to know
The Go-Chair
comes with FREE 1-Year In-Home Service. If
you experience a problem with your scooter during the first twelve
months, simply contact Las Vegas Scooters and Lifts to arrange for a
technician to come to your home for diagnosis and repair.
What's the Difference
Typically power wheelchairs are used by people who have limited
use or dexterity both hands such as MS and people who have suffered
with a stoke where operating a mobility scooter is just simply to
painful or just to hard and dangerous to control. With the option of either left
or right one handed joystick control placement a power chair would
probably better suit rather than a mobility scooter. Power
wheelchairs also have great place inside the home if the use has
very difficult time with standing, balance or walking very short
distances and are reliant on powered mobility to perform every day
tasks. Power wheelchairs have a very tight turning radius which
makes negotiating tight spaces allot easier than it would be on a
mobility scooter. Most power wheelchairs do not disassemble and are
lot heaver to lift and we recommend using vehicle rated to carry a power chair lift, hoist or carrier for transporting in a vehicle.
The Go Chair® is #1 for portability! With convenient feather-touch disassembly, the Go Chair allows you to experience lightweight travel and independence on the go. Enjoy dual swing-away storage bins and a compact turning radius for outstanding maneuverability. Available in an array of contemporary colors, it’s time to get out there with the Go Chair!
The power chair requires some assembly upon
delivery including attaching the seat, joystick (plus any accessories) and charging
the batteries for 8-12 hours prior to use. Specifications
