so please put the correct times
on your reservation.

NOTE: Unfortunately, we cannot leave your rentals at any MGM
Property, Caesars propertoies but can arrange to meet. We do not deliver to Downtown (please see list of availble locations, however if you do not see
your hotel please call to confirm). Any hotel off-strip may incur a delivery
charge. Please call if you do not see your hotel on the list above.

Due to the size, weight and risk of damage to the
scooter we do not allow our larger full size
scooters to be disassembled and transported in
vehicles. Some ADA taxi's may have the ability to
transport the scooter for you; please ask your
hotels concierge for more details.
When renting our
smaller Transportable scooters we strongly suggest
purchasing accidental damage coverage if you
thinking of transporting the scooter in a vehicle,
as there can be a greater possibility of damage
caused from transporting, assembly and disassembly,
also loading and unloading of the unit.
Our aim as a company is to provide excellent
service for our customers.
In the event of system miscalculation,
malfunctions and any over or under charged
bookings made online your booking will be voided
and will be manually re-booked at the correct
amount. You will be notified by phone call or
email of any errors within the bookings and a
new invoice will be issued with the correct
rental amount. If you have pre-paid for your
rental booking online, your payment will be
refunded to your credit or debit card and
notified of any errors or incorrect charges. We
reserve the right to cancel any booking within
24hr in the event of any online booking errors.
